Tanya J. Higgins
I received my associates degree from Pensacola Junior College, my undergraduate degree from the University of West Florida, and my Juris Doctorate from Florida State University. I was awarded a public service fellowship while attending Florida State University College of Law in Tallahassee.
I have devoted my career of defending the rights of people accused of crimes in Panama City, Florida, and throughout the Florida Panhandle. Before becoming a criminal defense attorney in 1995, I was a licensed private investigator. I worked as a paralegal in a criminal defense law firm and as an investigator for Capitol Collateral Representative where I investigated death penalty cases. I also worked as a legal assistant for Legal Services of Northwest Florida handling all types of indigent cases.
If you or a loved one needs help with a criminal case in the Panama City, Florida area, or anywhere throughout Northwest Florida, contact me immediately.
